YES

Friday was a really full day. We had the privilege to sing in the courtyard of a nursing home/rehab center in Nashville. Well received. Then the students visited people on each floor who could not come. About 1/3 of them went to the 3rd floor that was secure for Alzheimer's patients. Pretty eye opening to know that so many of those folks never get visited by any family!

We proceeded on Friday to YES (Youth Encouragement Services). This is kind of like a program at the Y, but it is Christ-based and in a lower economic area. Great children! After we sang, we got hot and sweaty planning ball with them.

Friday ended with singing and pizza at the East Tennessee Baptist Children's Home. Wonderful time of sharing with them. Can I just tell you that the message our students is sharing is so, so powerful! Then on to our finest motel yet! :-)
